JCC Help me solve a roommate dispute

Should OZK's roommate pay more rent?

    Yep! I think it is fair for him to be paying more and you two to be paying less. The only problem is, when you moved in, it was set up so everyone was paying equally and it is difficult to change what is already in place. I'd chalk this up as a win and if he ever moves out and someone else moves in, you can make additional changes.

    I lived in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment with a roommate. We had a lot of fun there. I let him have the master bedroom and bathroom but we split all the bills in half. His guests used his bathroom and my guests used mine. We never had any issues other than a few minor cleaning disputes.
