Im guessing you mean for your house, but if anyone finds anything good for cars, let me know. I kinda started looking but everything seems good on the surface & Its hard for me to tell a good company from a bad one.

AHPR......as a past Jeep seller, let me just say this......if you are easy on cars, and you don't 'mod' them, get an open-ended lease of your fav brand-name and turn in the car every year for a new one(or another in that line)so that you always have a bea-chin' ride and always pay far less for the vehicle than if you bought one of the same kind outright......otherwise, if yur gonna buy, just set your limits and don't let anyone push you into a deal you can't handle, or into a ride that doesn't suit your lifestyle. Look into Consumer Reports to find that special ride, and investigate Tom Martino's "Troubleshooter" site to find out the reputable dealers.....and don't be afraid to review some of the Internet sellers as some are top quality and capable of saying you a wad of cash......do your homework......'nuff said.

And thanks for the recommends, ya'll!

FYI. Greenspan's been hinting at an additional 1/2 point drop in the Fed rate. I think that 1/4 point is more realistic, but either way we should expect rates to go down again VERY soon.
