Also it works in the conversation and does not seem forced at all because there are interludes that don't pertain to the story in Aftermath and thats were he is mentioned, and it takes place on the planet he was on in deserter so it would be a pretty small population, so word probably got around about Cut.

 

His family is referenced, so he could be long dead......

 

Although he would only be dead and he is mentioned in the present instead of past tense.

But back on topic.

 

Anyone ever think that the ghost will one day be destroyed like the twilight was and Hera will end up heartbroken over it?

 

But first it needs to not show up for 3 seasons!

 

The Ghost is the Millennium Falcon of Rebels, despite facing many technical problems, the bad guys will never manage to destroy it unless the plot demands it. If that ever happens, it will probably be in a season finale.

 

Or the USS Enterprise. It's only destroyed if:

-The crew deliberately destroys it for some reason.
-The crew is completely incompetent for plot reasons.

 

Personally, I don't see Hera without the Ghost so I hope that never happens.

 

The Ghost could get destroyed and the group disbands each going their own way, provided they keep them all alive.

 

I could see Sabine leaving the crew and Zeb getting killed by Kallus, hopefully but anyone else find "I wan to fly" moment to be redundant? We always saw her in her ship, and that line added nothing to her character that we don't already know. I expected something more unique and I hope the
