Char, NC Hey everyone

Hello all. I haven't posted on here in a long time really and I just wanted to say hey. Things have really changed since I was here. It's nice to see the Fanforce section so much bigger now. I live in Charlotte too. What part of town is everyone at? I'm out near Randolph and Sharon Amity.

 

Scary. I live and work off of Sharon Amity and Randolph in the Cotswald area.

To be technical, I live near Cotswald Elementary or whatever that bloody school is named.

Not too far from Rebel Base Cards and Comics

 

I thought Rebel Base went out of business? They're not off Independence anymore and haven't been for years.

And I walk to Cotswald daily.

..ever hear of the Mellow Mushroom? I work at the one in Cotswald.

and I tend to go to Bear Rock Cafe a lot for lunch or dinner.

I LOVE the Mellow Mushroom, but we haven't been there in forever. I like the Dairy Queen, though...

 

I love the food where I work.

And where's there a Dairy Queen? I've never seen one around here.

Wow, everyone is near Cotswald. I'm just down the road from there. I've been to Mellow Mushroom several times.

Rebel base hasn't gone out of business. They are in that shopping center to the left on Sharon Amity and Providence. At first I thought they went out of business til i found that shop.
The dairy queen is over near Wolfman Jack Pizza and Mama Fu's. I haven't been to Bear Rock yet, i can't believe Atlanta Bread Company is gone.

I didn't mean scary before . More like a cool coincidence.

 

I just find it funny, that's all.

It is funny. Of all the places in Charlotte, several of us are right there together.

 

Maybe it's the water or something. It makes us like Star Wars.

 

At least now we are in proximity to each other incase we decide to do something together.

 

I'm game for hanging out anytime.

I don't mind one bit. Just, one rule: no meetings at the Mellow Mushroom.

Hell, even if it's for just going and grabbing a beer somewhere around here, I'm game. I've got nothing to do except work. Though, I work Wed-Fri for the rest of this week, so yeah.

Hmm, not 21, won't be meeting anyone anywhere. Especially with beer. That's that.

 

Makes sense. You are afterall quite younger than us.
Though if you ever want to meetup with the group (not just one or two of us), feel free to. We've had 12 year olds come before.

What's up James! I'm not in Charlotte but close, in Gastonia, right on the border of Belmont... James, we are still getting together for the midnight screening on May 18th right? Maybe these other folks would like to join us? I'm psyched for that... and C3 too... any chance of you going?
