hmm... never really enjoyed it. I did kinda like MTV Snowboarding though!

 

I'm crap at games like that..I'm only good at the shooting and the jump around and find stuff games..

 

Wouldn't you guys rather actually do it than play it on a computer?

No way! Gimme a controller and I'm an action hero... try and do it in real life and a look like a prat in combats who is likely to be a) arrested or b) shot cos the police in this country can't tell the difference between a Magnum .45 and a cap gun.

 

I'm busy playing "Final Fight One" on the GBA at the moment... and got "SSF2" in the post somewheres...

 

if i could do 1/2 the stuff i could do in the games i'd be a pro and its not so easy doing it for real after the pub LOL

I've got great balance, yet can't seem to skate or ski for sh!t basically. No idea why. However I have done target shooting in real life, both paper and clay pigeon variety

I've been snowboarding and paintballing..and playing computer games is whole different kettle of fish..

My stepbrother has an arsenal of paintball guns. I don't care what he says. Those things HURT when they hit you and paint does NOT come out of cotton.

Paintballing is fun! There's an Urban Paintball thing in Plymouth someplace that we're gonna try out at some stage! Should be fun!

And clay shooting is one of the best sports ever! Trouble is, it's not the cheapest of sports if you want your own gun... and the license takes forever to come through... *Sam sorts through briefcase* mind you, it helps if you send off the forms....

ED: And what paintballs does your brother use?! The ones that Crackshots use here in Exeter are soft as hell and the 'paint' is more like coloured goo.
That said.. a soft as hell moving at a supersonic speed hitting you in the kidney area does hurt, I grant you!

 

I haven't tried snowboarding, but as I suck at skiing I doubt I'd be any good at it and I'd only be in way of people that actually enjoy it. As for target shooting - I wouldn't be able to get a licence for a gun in this *#&@$@@#)$ country. Target shooting is restricted to .22 caliber one-shot pistols and rifles - a parody of a gun at best. I could get one if I excelled in my group, otherwise I'd have to use what the club has. I'd rather have a pea-shooter, thanks.

 

I've done Urban paintballing..there was bloke who turned up with two semi automatic handguns and thought he was in a John Woo film needless to say he spent most of the day dead..

And when I was in the Air Cardets I got my marksman for firing 5 shots at a target and grouping the inside a 2 pence piece..

 

I don't know. All I know is they hurt!

did you get to fly a plane Arun? My friend did, but he was in a posh private school down sarf. He was only allowed to take control of the stick for 20mins though.

 

Yep...I also flew a Glider, went up in Handglider, flew in a Chipmunk, a Bulldog and wait for it..A Hawk fighter!!!...which I reckon is where my fobia of flying came from..
