According to the novelization of the Attack of the Clones, Padmé sister have two kids...

It's a safe bet that they have been killed.

Is there any mention about Naboo during the Empire ? I suppose that life on Naboo was somewhat easier that on other planets of the Empire, since ît was the home of Palpatine...

Doesn't one of them become a Senator? Isn't this featured in one of the Galaxies games?

I read somewhere that Padme´s sister leads a rebellion on Naboo after the Emperor dies in Endor.

With a name like Pooja she probably should have been killed, though.

She's not an active Rebel, since she's still an Imperial senator, but she has strong Rebel sympathies and tries to aide them.

As for Naboo itself... I don't feel like retyping, so check out this thread here.

DV: I have cousins named Pooja.

    :p

Shelly Shapiro says we aren't interested in Luke and Leia finding their real family.

Why can't there be an actual inct family in SW?

Hey Shelly Shapiro, are you getting this??? People ARE interested. Three teenaged boys that hate Luke and Leia aren't all there is to fandom. Hello? You will eat your words. I am right.

    Pooja . . .

What, they think the exclusive kindergarten audience of SW will have closer affinity with names like that?

she was originally named Pooja (i'm guessing) because when she first debuted (in a deleted scene) she is a little cute 5 year old.

I'd certainly like to see them find out. Heaven knows when this issue was previously done-Black Fleet Crisis, anyone?- it was a waste of time.

It'd be a disaster if that's made to be a *major* storyline for a book, which would be quite a drag. I believe that's what Shelley meant. On the other hand, if it's handled as a sub plot in a book, it could work quite well and would be quite interesting, methinks.

It's a Sanskrit/hindi word and a popular name, which means "worship". Shaak Ti is another (true version - Shakti), which means "strength". Then there's Yoda, which means "warrior". I'd say they're all cool :)
