My plan? I think you mean LucasArts is just busy finishing up other products at the moment (Galaxies, KOTOR, Bounty Hunter, Clone War, etc.) and can't take the time to create a good port.

 

Don't you mean, Jedi Outcast to the Gamecube and X-Box.
