    Hey all,

    Just came across this board, i've been out of the SW loop for awhile and thought I'd check it out. Back in the mid 90s I posted heavily on the old AOL star wars boards, and was really into the books, comics, etc. As I got older and went to college, i kind of stopped following things. I'm a huge OT fan, and the first two prequels majorly disappointed me, but I loved EpIII. I've been re-watching my OT DVDs to death lately, and I'm going to try to re-read some of the old Thrawn/Jedi Academy books while I have some free time. Anyway, I know the universe has expanded a great deal since I left several years ago, but I'm hoping that ya'll can help me catch up.

    Love the board so far, I look forward to chatting with everyone in the future!

    Thanks, I'll definitely check it out. I figured that I'd be better off lurking on this board than trying to read the 5,000,000 books I've missed out on the past few years.

    I hope you won't just lurk around, but post something if you find something interesting. And I'm sure you'll find some interesting boards. There are so many and about so many topics. We have boards about SW, about FanForce (meeting fans from your area online and in RL) and even boards about non-SW. :)

    And maybe Literature and Literature Review will help you with the "missed" books. ;)
