Daniel edit: Couple things. First you need to be registered four months and have at least 400 posts to adopt a newbie, also you can only adopt one newbie at a time. And finally, for adoption issues, everyone can use the Newbie Adoptions Thread we have to say they'd like to adopt or be adopted. Thanks.
