Welcome to the boards. And in order to maintain some geographical balance here, I'm a Northener

My weekend has been especially good, since I'm taking Monday and Tuesday off, so with Wednesday's holiday that makes a five day weekend - gotta be happy with that!

 

Hey Meanders, half your luck! Im looking forward to Wensday. But as you can see i dont work too hard, well i try not too. So have you done anything constructive on your week off or just getting in a bit of R&R???

 

I was quite constructive this w/e - moved a tonne of dirt around the back yard.

Young Master Meanders has a tennis tournament on this week. It was either that or go to the one on in Melbourne , but we didn't really need the prize money so we stayed here. That was all the excuse I needed to take time off.

Edit : Anyway, dial-up sucks and the tennis is on so I must be off - bye!

 

Will catch you later Meanders, hope you enjoy the tennis. Just two more long tedious hours to gom and i get to go home... YAH

 

Well my weekend consisted of worry about getting a job, picking peaches, helping write application letters and cleaning house. Very boring.

However, looking forward to Thursday alot, as It's my Wedding Anniversary.

I Had a Great weekend, watched a few dvd's went out for dinner Sat night.

 

Had a mini imperial convention. TK called in, I burnt him a copy of Clone Wars...... happy TK.

 

Yes E_I it worked fine on one of my machines, I will have to lend u my THX1138 DVD so u can see the extras as well since it deals a lot with early days of zoetrope and stuff as well... very interesting i must say.

Oh yeah my weekend was cool apart from sunday recovering with hangover from Sat. bucks night..... i honestly didnt think i drank that much

Hi D-D....Nawara, aka Winter here. I'm a single mum of two boys who keep my on my toes. I'm also studying full-time at Uni to get my very own Bachelor of Ed. degree, in two years time. Not around much these days, studying is taking up a lot of time, I'm doing a summer school at the moment, which is hard going. Also have a deferred exam to sit in a week and a bit, wish me luck!

Oh, I'm in the East. Of course, according to these people, there are only two parts of Adelaide - the south and the north. They tend to forget us in the foothills.


Oh, and I'm one of the 'older' (although I don't like to think of myself as old, I'm not ready for THAT yet) SW fans.

well, for all those who wish to know it will be 9 years, and I work as a chef, a receptionist and a mother of three.

and many more that I can't think of at the moment.


As a single mum I'm also a dad (!)

I've worked in too many jobs to mention here over the years, I guess that's what gives me the life experience to be able to handle uni now...... (yes, there was a life before Uni and kids - lots of interesting and varied people and experiences along the way. Makes life fun!)

 

Hey Winter thanks for the welcome, by the sounds of it we are all getting old Im gonna be 32 in April ... hahahaha laughing@the east you do realise its either south/east or north/east your counterparts are correct there are only two parts

so tell me what is with the control of the north and south??? was reading some posts earlier, they were pretty funny. So who has control ??? who wants control??

Im so very very bored, very quiet at work today...

 

I actually started a job as a chef at the SAFC this week, I work for GTCASA as a part time receptionist and in my spare time I look after the kids, husband and the house.

I say that there is an Eastern Adelaide as well. I used to live there.
