I am having a blast!!!! The pacing is excellent, fast, but not rushed. You accommodate all the players and everything feels very much in sync @SkywalkerShine

 

Thanks, @WarmNyota_SweetAyesha! I really appreciate that. My job as a GM is to make sure you all have fun. And at the same time have the story flow smoothly. I'll post today, since I'm free. But I'm glad you guys are enjoying yourselves!

You can expand on it if you'd like as well. Oh! Your people can arrive on the planet too. @dragonsith13 and @TheSenatessaber's characters made their escape already.

@Sith-I-5 As one of those who do the "knocking" ... you never know what unexpected fascinating things you'll hear. I'll have Mara/Sevrina answer the call from the Whim along with whatever @SkywalkerShine and/or @TheSenatessaber post as to their state of injury.

 

Just posted with Mara "picking up" the comm-call from the "Whim" crew. What sorts of coordinated efforts will be done to help the civilians, or will CeCe's group leave pretty much right away?

I'm thinking the group should leave right now. Dasha did go through a lot to put the tracker on the transport ship. I'll have medics and authorities thank the group for trying to help the city and they'll take it from there. Then the group can immediately leave to catch up to the bad guys.

You guys okay with that?

 

Dasha will have to find a way for the other ships to follow the tracker, then.

Hmm... Is there another way though? I was hoping that everyone would meet up so that way we could catch up to the ships. It would only be fair because in galactic's post, it said that they would lose the signal if it got too far. I believe that's what she said. But yeah, what do you think, @galactic-vagabond422? I believe we should go immediately because Dasha did go through a lot to put the tracker on the transport ship.

 

Well, if the bad guys reach their destination, and Dasha can tell where it is, then everyone can head to that location.

If we are in pursuit of a beacon whilst they are enroute, it would be like tuning a radio to find your favourite station.
The tracker will be broadcasting on a unique frequency, that at the moment, only Dasha can track, and her giving everyone a frequency to follow would be the obvious tactic.

We could put a call through to Leia, and see if New Republic Intelligence have, based on the previous attacks, triangulated any places we should check out.

Dasha could, if replicating Obi Wan Kenobi in Attack of the Clones, follow the tracker aboard whatever ship she is on, then call for the rest to follow.
Fairly certain that Yoda and Mace Windu received a holo-message from Kenobi whilst he was on Geonosis, which is how they knew to send the clones there.

Though unpopular due to the Katana fleet incident, according to Wookiepedia, if everyone is willing to give up control of their ships, and trust this ***** they hardly know, not to fly them into a sun - and personally, I don't feel it would be realistic for everyone to be instantly up for that - we could set up slave circuits so that all the ships travel as one.

 

I see what you mean. I think the only fear would be if the enemy discovered it somehow. Still waiting on @galactic-vagabond422's response though. I'm just saying that it would only be fair if we left because Dasha did a lot of work hacking and trying to keep track of the bad guys. But again, I understand what you mean.
