Plus Vader tells each of them near these moments "You underestimate my power!" and "You underestimate the power of the dark side. If you will not be turned you will be destroyed!"

Difference is Luke sticks around with faith in redeeming Anakin, where Obi-Wan leaves Anakin behind.

Mustafar seems to symbolize the state of Vader's mind and of the galaxy: angry, chaotic, confused

It's supposed to be that the Sith apprentice plots the demise of the master. During Palpatine's reign, the master plotted the demise of his apprentices.

I was just looking for a place to post this lil idea that occurred to me and here this is perfect. Right after that lower shot Vader throws the lightsaber. In ROTS Vader is trying to match Obi Wan's moral high ground and fails. In ROTJ Vader chooses to bring Luke down to his level.

"Good is a point of view."

"From my point of view the Jedi are evil!"

"What I told you was true, from a certain point of view."
    "A certain point of view?"
"Many of the truths we cling to depend on our points of view."

I just noticed that ROTJ avoids showing Sheev's eyes until he says, "I have been looking forward to completing your training."

    Ha.
You might have noticed also, during Anakin's pledge to the dark side, Anakin is looking down, then focuses on Palpatine right when Palpatine says "Sith".
Check it out, during the line "A powerful Sith you will become."

I also think Anakin's dream might be about his children. "I had a dream I was a Jedi. I came back and freed all the slaves." Luke returns to Tatooine as a Jedi; Leia ends Jabba's rule of the planet, freeing his slaves (immediately illustrated by R2 snapping her weaponized chains).

The Jedi's own arrogance allowed the dark side to blind them.

"Hard to see the dark side is."

"The dark side clouds everything. Impossible to see the future is."

"A flaw [arrogance] more and more common among the Jedi. Too sure of themselves they are, even the older, more experienced ones."

"Blind we are if creation of this clone army we could not see."

"The dark side has clouded their [the Jedi's] vision."

"Your arrogance blinds you, master Yoda."

Also, to add to the theme of not seeing things clearly, Padme states to Anakin, "So love has blinded you." Love does indeed make him turn to the dark side and do terrible things.
