Though they don't mention the clone pilot being thrown out of the ARC Fighter (guess that's not that "hidden", but some haven't seen it) just like the TIE Pilot in Empire, here are starwars.com's list of "hidden" things to look for the next time you watch ROTS... if you haven't seen them already.

I'm planning on watching it again this evening... of course.

I saw the Falcon... missed the kitchen sink though... I think the print was a little too dark on that one ;).

Not really "hidden", but has anyone else noticed how "disinterested" the kid on the far left is, when Anakin prepares to slice, dice & maim them? Guess he was prepared to join the force...

Is it my imagination, or does anyone else notice Anakins mechanical hand when he arrives on Mustafar? After he tells R2 to stay with the ship, he pulls on his cloak. I could have sworn I saw his real hand in that shot.

You mean Hayden's hand? I'll look again. Some versions of the original "Star Wars Storybook" (not the version I had, but the library in elementary school had this "variant" version) where you could see Anthony Daniel's hand from where he wasn't wearing his 3PO hand.
