The world of White-Collar crime is a complicated one. To immerse oneself in this world is to wish death. Many stumble into this world. The lucky make it out, and the strong make it to the top. It is a world of violence, where debauchery and trickery run rampant. It is a world torn apart by racial tensions. It is a war.

You are entering into this world, be it by choice or force. You are being thrown into the middle of a nasty war that may or may not have anything to do with you. It is now your world, your war. In this world, one must watch their back. One must always be questioning everything. To survive takes luck. To rise takes skill. This is your war.

Hello all, and welcome to my newest endeavor. The world of White-Collar crime. In upstate New York, there is a battle raging. The LoGrasso family (Italian) is the most influential and powerful crime family in New York. They have politicians on their pay role, and they get whatever they want. The Moriarty family (Irish) down in Boston is equally as influential, powerful, and dangerous. They want the north all to themselves. For generations these two families have been vicious enemies, and they are looking to settle this once and for all. You will be playing a member of either of these families, or the FBI trying to catch both the leaders. You can spy, lie, deal, shoot, and fight your way to the top. Anything (within the TOS) goes. Be creative. You can be a lowly grunt, a high paid hitman, a prominent member of the family, an FBI rat or officer, or anything else you dream up. It?s your game, your war.

[i]The LoGrassos[/i]- The most prominent and powerful crime family in New York. Led by their leader, Anthony, the LoGrassos are known for their stone cold business tactics, and their endless influence in the City.

[i]The Moriartys[/i]- A fiery, rough group of Irishmen who have risen to become the biggest crime family in Boston. Nothing goes down without them knowing about it. Led by their leader, Seamus, the Moriartys are known for their fiery tempers, dirty fighting, and (at times), indistinguishable accents.

[i]The Feds[/i]- The White Collar crime Unit, led by Ed Booker. The Feds want to catch LoGrasso and Moriarty at all costs, and they are working to put an end to organized crime. Known to employ ?rats? into the crime families, the Feds will stop at nothing to defeat these two ?forces of evil? in their cities.

Bio: Born and raised in a war, Mia soon learnt the rules and tactics of the vicious way her family lives. After a not-so-nice incident with The Feds, on her ninth birthday, the young LeGrasso decided two bodyguards were by no means, enough protection. That?s when she started shooting, and quickly became an expert at it.

During her life, Mia has had to develop different skills in order to survive. After shooting, came acting, and she took a liking on it, quickly having the skill to actually making a living out of it, which, of course, was out of the question for the young girl.

Later on her life, Mia discovered what a powerful weapon being a cute little girl/beautiful teenager was, and soon started using it to her favour, not only to manipulate her mother, and older relatives, but also to start forming her own network inside the city. Soon the LeGrasso last name joined her multiple weapons, and now, at eighteen, Mia has an extraordinary influence throughout New York City and some other states on the United States, apart from that granted by birth. She?s become quite a figure in the Crime world.

She?s closest to her father and to her head bodyguard. She owns a ?150 pound pitch black, damn big, freaky-eyed fluffy Pandemonium?, as told by her mother, big enough to pass as a wolf.. still a dog, trained for police work...plays nanny for Mia, and her human Nanny, a big, old afro-American woman who has been there before Mia was born.

Bio: Toohey was born in NewYork to John and Ann Toohey. Growing up in the slums of NY, Toohey went with the flow. His mother and father are not from England and dont have the accent that Toohey does. Most think he fakes it but it is accutaly a speech impediment that gives him the accent. He started driving at the age of 15 and has always like going fast in cars. At the age of 22 he had driven for over 100 roberies, he then joined the LoGrassos in hope of making some more cash. His parents still live in a NY retirment home.

Bio: Karen lived a quiet life, growing up in Seattle, Washington. She was always the one who got good grades, helped out in the community, as well as many other extra activities. When she was 19 she joined Seattle's police department, gaining a desk job. After three years she made it to the field, where she showed off her many talents, which included marksmanship, and driving techniques.

She was picked up by the F.B.I, when she was 24. She was often doing small assignments until she was moved to New York..

Clothes: Has expensive taste in clothing, and jewelry. Whatever fits the occassion Leo is known to match in attire, and is never caught of guard by any situation.

Weapons: Two throwing knifes one in his boot the other in a small vest holster. He has a bulletproof vest, and due to his previous criminal record the feds won't allow him to carry a firearm. Is a golden glove, and San Quinten Prison boxing Champion..

Bio: Leo was born to a Sicilian mother, and a half Irish half Spanish father who died not to long after his birth in Los Angeles California. Growing up in the lower eastside gang infested area of Los Angeles Leo was no exception to the rule as he lived gang life before getting in with a Mexican Drug Cartel known as the Brown Rooster that exposed him not only to the life of money, but also the skill of mastering the long con style of life. He influtrated competing drug cartels in the area helping to rid the Brown Rooster of it's comeptition, and truly set himself up along side of the Brown Rooster as forces to be reckoned with.

At the age of twenty one Leo had already accumilated enough money that he needed it stored in off shore accounts to keep the government from becoming to interested in his employment dealings as not only one of the Brown Rooster's leading figures, but as one of the more influential members of the drug business in the Western United States. But as Leo was soon to learn eventually every good thing must come to an end as the Rooster started to squabble internally leading to the dismantling of the Cartel from failed attempts of hostile takeovers by the various dons, and Leo himself being arrested, tried, and then convicted for six different felonies ranging from drug trafficing to accessory to murder.

Sentence to three different twenty five year sentences Leo at the age of twenty three did seven years in the San Quinten Prison facility where he resumed boxing(he was a golden glove winner at the age of fourteen) becoming champion of the prison for six consecutive years before the feds approached him with a deal that would reduce his sentence considerably if he were to cooperate with them. Being weary at first of the deal Leo refused as was his nature for something this well fortuned never found the likes of him easily, but after a half year of discussions Leo finally agreed to a deal that if he was successful in aiding the FBI then they would reduce his sentence to time already served alongside as wipe his record clean, and unfreeze his holdings in his offshore accounts.

Now days Leo who know uses the alias of Roman "Smooth Counterfit" Dolano has influiltrated the LeGrasso family operations posing as in many positions from driver to enforcer to the high ranking member of the family his appearance alter slightly so no one can connect the LeGrasso associate to the Drug Cartel Lord from California who still suppose to be in prison. For the last three years of his life Roman has spent his time in the service of the LeGrasso family earning trust, and respect for the focus he carries out his tasks given while slowly accumilating procedure details of their various operations, and any developments of the family's not so lawful dealings.

Leo is determine to do his part of the deal so he can escape both his past, and the present he is living right now for he knows for sure that if caught in this con his life would be pretty much done for. He is weary of the fact that the feds might try to do him in, and so Leo has learned that sometimes plan B needs it's own back up pla

Bio: Caitriona grew up in Worchester, Mass. Her father Rhone O' Connell was heavily assoiciated with the Moriarty's. Her Mother Abigail was sick ever since she gave birth to Caitriona and resulted in the death of her twin brother Collin.

Her mother died when she five years old. It was hard for her and all that she had left was her father. He wasn't always home and left Caitriona with one of the wives of the crime family.

It was a tough neighborhood in Worchestor. She lived in a mostly Irish section of the city. She fought all the time with boys who thought they could take advantage of her. They learned a lesson quick. Caitriona was beautiful but she was also vicious. She had a mean streak in her as if she had something to prove.

There were times when her father brought her along with him on less serious jobs to the main home of some of the lead members of the Moriarty's. At the age of thirteen, she witnessed one of the members talking to a F.B.I. agent outside of a store that she often walked by. She hid from view then ran and told her dad what she saw.

It was the longest night of her life because her father told her to wait at the house while he went to take care of a rat. She understood what that meant and it didn't make it easier because of the risk involved.

Hours went by and she heard no word of what was going on or where her father was at. Then suddenly she got a call from one of the family members telling her that her father had been killed.

It appeared that there was a shootout and the rat shot her father in the head before fleeing away from the crime scene. He was never heard from again. She figures the Feds must have him on another assignment.

Caitriona was torn with grief, but most of all anger at the man who killed her father and the F.B.I. She swore on her father's grave that she will revenge the death of him and will not stop until justice has been served.

She was taken in by one of the families. Though Caitriona was still determined to revenge her father's death, she knew that she needed to aquire the skills to do so. At the age of eighteen she joined the Moriarty's gathering info on whatever they needed. She was a whiz at computers and her skills to hack in to various places. She also was an experienced sniper, but was used more for her intel work which sometimes put her in certain situations to go undercover and use several alias's.

Bio: Alastor holds no love for the LoGrassos. His father had once been an Enforcer for the LoGrassos, but some pathetic twit acused him of being a rat for the Moriartys, inorder to rise in the ranks. Instead of investigating to see if the aligations where true they simply 'silenced' a potential problem. This left Alastor with only his mother, whom took him and moved to Boston in hopes of a new life.

Growing up on the crime ridden streets of Boston was far from easy, but it kept Alastor sharp as a tack. He eventualy, by chance more than effort, found his way into the lower ranks of the Moriarty crime family, a fact he Kept hidden from his mother. When ever she would ask him where he was geting the money he was buying things with he would simply say, "running errands."

Alastor worked very hard in the family in order to become a 'made man', and finaly became such at the age of 18, but there wasn't time to enjoy the fact. While Alastor had been away on a job, the snitch who had learned where he and his mother had moved to and payed a visit. The ordeal of remembering the loss of her husband had been to much for his mother and she died of a Heart attack, and by the time Alastor had heared and gotten back home the snitch was back in New York and beyond Alastor's reach. Alastor has since sworn to see the Snitch and the LoGrassos.

Clothes: Usually wears a dark red shirt with a long black jacket that has red stripes on the sleeves and baggy black combat trouser with zip up front at hem and black boots. He has a tattoo of the cross on his arm and a dog tag with the words ?Miracles Happen? around his neck.
Weapons: It all depends on what the mission is, but he always carries a Desert Eagle and a Revolver. He is highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat and uses a rod as his main weapon. When tough missions come he uses his monstrous weapon: the GE Mini-134 minigun. (Oh yeah! I call it the Peacemaker!)
Hair: Spiky red
Eyes: Cocoa, but looks black

Bio: He was born and raised in the worst parts of New York. He lost his parents during a gang war in which one of the Feds member shot them, since then he swore revenge. He wouldn?t let any other family take him so he ran away and began to live his life in the streets. Soon enough he learned one of the most important lesson about the streets, ?Kill or be Kill?. He then started to do whatever it took to survive such as steal, gamble, and even kill anyone who stood in his way. After a while, stealing wasn?t giving him enough money so he picked up a hobby in street fighting where he fought to the death with anyone. During this time he became very skill at fighting and word about him spread out fast. Unfortunately his winning streak came to end when he lost his match ?and almost his life- to the strongest man in the streets. Fortunate for him, the leader of the LoGrassos had seen his previous fights and asked him to work for him as his bodyguard. Marco decided to think about it, gangs were the ones that killed his family, but in his time he had learned another important lesson and that was to survive no matter what it took. So he decided to join the LoGrassos and now he works for them and continues to do whatever it takes to survive.

Bio:

Born near the Bushwick section of downtown Brooklyn to a lower-middle class family of German/Polish decent, Gene Bryant Hickey lived a tough life outside the walls of his "cozy" project building. Never the biggest guy in the pack, Hickey had to rely on cunning and street-smarts since day one to get from point A to point B.

Jumping in and out of petty crimes to earn a living during his childhood when his parents couldn't support him well enough, Gene always seemed to have a "lucky charm", getting around authority and back to safety just in the nick of time when caught. In classes, he never got above a C+ average, earning him no better than a local community college to attend during his later teenage years. After a semester and a half he rationalized. This wasn't his life. He wanted better. Deserved better.

He dropped out and forced his way into the hierarchy of law enforcement, of all things, spending over half a decade as a minimum-wage rat before proving himself enough to go into legit training. Through his savvy attentiveness and past experiences with law-bending, he'd surprised his fellow officers, soon making it into intensive FBI training.

After nearly a decade of ups, downs, and countless doubting by his peers and family members, he's proven them all wrong, currently going after the two largest mob syndicates in both New York and Massachusetts as a seasoned FBI agent.

Things were shaping up quite nicely for the former.. some would say still.. hood-rat.

Bio: Allegra grew up with the family always around her. Even when she was very young they made no attempt to hide their buisness from her and at the age of 6 she saw someone murdered for the first time. By 8 she had killed someone herself. In her early teens she started taking an interest in the buiness and persuaded her father to teach her how to use firearms. He oblieged and by 17 she was taking people out for the family, she is now one of the top female assassins in the US.

Bio: Born and raised in Armagh northern Ireland, Culain was heavily involved in "the Troubles" from an early age and was soon a prominant member of his local IRA unit. He has extensive training with weapons, explosives, guerilla warfare and hand to hand combat. As the peace process proceeded he found himself more and more disillusioned, However his Uncle in America was expanding his business and sent word to Ireland that he could use family over there with his skills, people he could trust. Culain had never been to America,and so one week later he landed at Boston Airport.

GM- So here's the deal. I just went from working 20 hours a week and taking 5 Uni classes to working 40 a week with 5 classes. And my puppy just died. Not really. But anyway, game off for now. There is no way I can keep working at this rate and run a game. So, here's what we're going to do. I'm going to leave this open, and if in some crazy chance my hours get reduced or I get more time, I'll start this game up, and send you all PM's. Sound good?

Bio:

Born and Raised in the Irish District of Boston, his father was a first generation immigrant who worked in the local factories. His mom died while giving birth to his little brother, Ian, when he was 8, and his life was never the same. He hardly ever saw his dad, who was either out on the town or working, and after years of caring for his brother, he dropped out of school in the 10th grade to pursue a more productive life. Crime.

He started with petty theft, but quickly found his ability to drive a vechicle was extrodinary. He could drive almost anything, and had a natrual talent for hotwiring anyone would have envied.

His life took another turn when he boosted a car from the Italians, found out the hard way not to mess with them. His brother was beaten into a coma when Dillon turned 20, and never came back. He died five years later of complications.

Dillon spent the next few years building a large network of informants, and began working for the Irish, giving them information, and hoping for a chance to get back at the Italians. Dillon currently works as both an informant and driver for the Irish, as well as a small time thug and mechanic. Occasionally he'll help them boost something too, but it's not his real knack. Little happens that he doesn't know about.

Bio: Known as an efficient killer. Nick was born in New York to a crime boss and a bar dancer. He worked under his dad until him and his mother were shot dead by an Italian rival gang when he was 16. He had been out betting at a horse race. When he came home he saw the blood and his dead parents and found a gun of the Italian make. The Italians had killed his family and he would get back at them. He found his dad?s shotgun and was walking out of his home as an ally gang member recognized him and asked why he had the gun. He told the story and the lackey brought him back to the Moriartys boss. He gave Nick a home and a job.

Bio: Hal was born in Boston to an unwed teen mother. He was raised by her as much as he was his maternal grandmother. Hal?s grandmother died when he was 15, his mother was working two jobs at the time so he didn?t see her much and spent a lot more time alone. After high school, Hal joined the electrician?s union and went to vocational school. Most of what he knows about cars and general home repairs he learned from his father who lives with his wife and four young daughters. Though he and Hal?s mom no longer speak, Hal?s dad helped financially as much as he was able and had been spending time with his son since he (Hal) was 13. A few years after becoming a certified electrician Hal decided to move to New York with a cousin who was hoping to be discovered as the next Markie-Mark. Hallam joined the local electrician?s union, but finds odd jobs wherever he can when work is slow. No one is sure how Hal became associated with the Moriarty?s, but he?s more of an acquaintance than an actual member of the clan.
