Hiking @ Devil's Head Trail - Memorial Day

Anyone who wishes to join me for hiking up to Devil's Head Tower on Monday (Memorial Day) is welcome to come along...

When: Meet at the Mineral Station Park-N-Ride at 9:30 Monday morning. From there we will 4WD it up Rampart Range Road to the trailhead

What: Wear good shoes, bring plenty of water and a picnic lunch (Sunscreen will be an excellent idea) as we will be hiking just over 3 miles round trip (including a buttload of stairs at the fire watch tower).

I have room for 3 people (besides myself) in my car. If there will be more than that, I would suggest no low profile vehicles. It is an improved road, but it is notoriously known for being washboarded and seeing as this is part of the Heyman Burn area, washouts may have occurred.

I'm tentatively in. After all, I want to become a member of the Ancient and Honorable Order of the Squirrel.

Same chance that there will be a Mardi Gras-Gay Pride-French Mensa Members Parade in downtown Pueblo

 

ok, that might take a few weeks to organize. Curses to my closed minded community!!!!

 

French Mensa Members might be the hardest thing to find

and oddly enough, mensa means stupid or something to the like in spanish so applying my hispanic community roots and a +2 on trickery (sorry too much 8 bit theatre), how hard would it be to find a stupid french person?

 

I'm not sure what the order of the squirrel is, but aparently we become members once we reach the station at the top of the hike.
