History Channel Documentary

    Well, fellow Marylanders, the 30th anniversary of Star Wars is upon us, and the History Channel has apparently taken interest. I was contacted earlier this week by head RSA, JediDajuan, about a potential documentary commemorating this event. It is being put together by a firm called Civic Entertainment Group, and, as part of the doc., they are interested in speaking with and possibly planning some sort of activities with FanForces across the region. Maryland and DC were among them. I spoke with the person at the head of this project today. Nothing is yet set in stone, but she seemed pretty enthusiastic about it. I have no further details at this point, but I will keep you all updated.

    I sincerely hope that this documentary goes forward and that the MDFF will be a large contributer! :)
