Mass Holiday Party 2008 - Save the Date!

Ok gang... here's the scoop. I am going to be busy with Nutcracker rehearsals until December 19th.

SAVE THE DATE: This year's MIS Holiday party will be on Saturday, December 20, 2008!

We can work out the time later but, there's the date so you all can't say I didn't give you enough notice... LOL


We will stick with the same sort of format as last year: Pot Luck Dinner and a gift swap.

I will make the pineapple/cherry basted ham and home-made fudge...

SInce it will be my first Holiday Party attending, I just may make my famous BBQ Port Ribs..... I will confirm that even closer......

I know that a couple of you have posted that you plan to come on Saturday but, I've not heard anything since.

If everyone's schedules are crazy and we need to skip this this year, please let me know... if not, please let me know what you are planning to bring and if you plan to come.

I will plan on dinner for 5pm or so - again, if there's any interest.

 

I'm still hoping to show up, but Keith hasn't answered my PM that I sent him to ask for a ride.

 

I know I am out this year too much going on right now.

 

I could bring a cheese lasagna (sp) if we're still doing this...

 

Of course, no-one thought about the tricks Mother Nature likes to play this time of year...

Due to the impending snow storm tomorrow night, the Nutcracker performance for the kids has been pushed to Saturday evening at 7pm (dress rehearsal is before that at 2pm).

I am so very sorry about this...

I am out for NYE as well. I am working that night. I start my new schedule next week.

 

I was looking forrward to this meet. But it has been a crazy December for everyone.

I can't do NYE I have plans already.

Maybe we could do a feast meet at your place once the winter has passed, just an idea.
