So Sha, I'm assuming that means you can make it if we have it on the 19th?

The 13th is defenately out for me. but the next week seems good. 19th also works, but you might not get to see the kids depends on where im workling and if i can make it home in time to pick them up and head back that way. 20th is a little better for me.

That's pretty much the extent of the details so far.... Our house, say, 8 pm. I'd suggest like last year - everybody bring stuff, coordinating with me to make sure we don't have 30 bags of doritos and no sodas. Unless we just want doritos.

A doritos party would be cool :)

As requested, I'll make the FAMOUS chocolate marshmallows (the original receipe), and make enough for 100 people (which should be enough for the GS members).

given the speed with which the last collection were destroyed, I'll have to make more this year (and refrain from eating any on the way to the party).

Yes, 8pm is good. The GS will pick up the tab on soda. Everyone should bring something in the realm of food, post here so no duplicates, etc.

    YAY MARSHMELLOWS!

heh ok you need a gallon of red wine, 4 cups of sugar, 6 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp of cloves, 2 cups of water, 3 oranges, sliced thinly and 1 lemon sliced thinly.

boil the water then add the sugar, cloves and cinnamon, turn to medium heat and add the fruit. cook for 5 minutes, then add the wine til simmering not boiling.

it takes about 30 minutes total. :)
