Yvette: Corned beef and cabbage is on the table (aka New England boiled dinner). See above.

    *eats colcannon with Irish abandon*

Hey, does anyone have a song to share, in the good old Irish tradition?

I've got green! :D I admit it isn't much right now, but it's too hot to wear the other green I have with me.

I have a bracelet with my green birthstone on it, and a necklace I made with green, blue, and red on it.

My baby's finally confirmed as being head down like he's supposed to be. I just wish my blood pressure was too. It's a little high today. Hopefully isn't an indication of anything worse, but Dr wasn't concerned, so I'm not either.

Nearly 31 weeks down, and so much to do in the little amount of time left.

    A late entry, but....

(Makes extra corned beef and cabbage. Enough to carry over to tomorrow without spoiling.)

    Can never have too much.

    Argghhh!

Its too hot outside! The sun has set over an hour ago, and its 77 degrees (Farenheit) and this is still technically winter! It was so hot today that I couldn't stay outside long enough to eat lunch, as I normally do. I don't know what I would do without air conditioning. I'm so jealous of those people in the midwest and the East Coast, with their offshore wind, snow storms, hail, and rain. Maybe I should move to the southern hemisphere before it gets too hot again. I hear that Chile has a nice long rainy season.

I'm glad for the warmer weather. It's not exactly hot here yet, but I can go outside without a jacket again. Still need my coat when I go to work, but considering that I do that at 3:00 AM... ;) Still a bit cold at that time. Especially when it's windy, which it nearly always is, living so close to the mouth of a canyon.

Thok, I reckon this thread needs to be remade soon. What do ya reckon?

We can consider it a "rennovation". :D

    Rennovation?

    NOOOOO!

Change is bad. Everything must be kept in perfect, systematic order. You can't just go around changing the Bar and Grille on us like that! There are so many memories, so many dead ewoks, so many attempts to burn it down, so many patrons passed out from the St. Paddy's day festivities. Ehhhh, now that I think about it, get rid of it. Its not worth saving.

No, actually, we haven't even had our first phantom page here yet! We can't kill it until the place becomes haunted, now can we? You wouldn't close down a perfectly good, unphantomized, still-standing bar without at least pushing its post count up a few thousand more, would you?

Looks up from empty plate and says, and thinks blowing up the bar again, That would be fun.
Glad I avoided the puncher. My mom fixed holy shirt so I would have something green to ware.

    I'm not a puncher, I'm a pincher. :D

And no one got drunk and sang. :(

777, I know how you feel about the weather-- it's been upper 80's here, and the wind doesn't do much but unbalance me and aggravate my allergies. Ick.

As for blowing up the bar, ooooooh, I like explosives...

And Yvette, you're not allowed to blow up the new one, but ill put you in charge of the old bar's implosion. :D

The green's gone. I kinda liked it. :(

Why does it seem like half the women on the planet are pregnant? My French teacher, my history teacher, several other students, a few freinds of my family, of course Marna and RJ... What's going on?

Our band has issues. The next contest is Wednesday. I just got back from practice, where at one point I felt I had to stab myself through the heart with my clarinet. And we still didn't get to the end of the last song. It's very frustrating.

    Guinness: Always a smooth and refreshing alternative to...food! 8-}

I love that quote. It probably needs to be heard in context, though.
