Can´t believe it, but I actually Jacen Solo in Silent City. Pre-Jino. I reread Star-by-Star and found out I once loved that guy, before they ruined him. *sighs*

I´ll think about who else I add to the roster. But that´s him, so far . . .

 

Reading it right now and it´s cool to be back on Dathomir and see the big three reunited. Ben is also awesome. Solid. Surely not groundshaking or anything. And no more CRAZY-RETCONS but simply a good story! But maybe the series can redeem itself.

 

I thought the book was good Like LordT mentioned, there's nothing really groundshaking but there's no more crazy stunts with the Force like what you had in Abyss. While that book was good it was kind of weird with what they've been doing with the whole "Beyong Shadows" thing. It's...Star Wars! It's Aaron Allston! You got a good story full of cleverness, humor, mentionings of old characters and events that will make you go "That was how long ago?", all the while worrying about this new threat of the Sith.

I'm still going a bit "meh" at the political Daala vs Jedi fiasco that still persists but it had it's own interesting chapters involving that nonetheless. By the end of the book...well...as you saw, I really really really really really want to see what happens next

As for Ben...

Looks like he's building up on the growing Skywalker tradition of getting attracted to the bad girls
