I'm just trying to unwind after finally, finally getting through every little detail related to some tests I proctored. Totally exhausting, I tell ya what.

Edit: Oh, and getting my first "My mild absence from the internet caused a moderate backlog of Things To Do" shock.

Dry means plain, so dry Americano is just straight espresso. But regularly espresso comes in single and doubles so honestly it's easier to say it differently but whatever... Haha

Ktala, it annoyed me that staff in the new-fangled coffee emporiums wilfully failed to understand that just a "coffee" meant coffee and boiling water, but once I learned that they [Costa Coffee] call that an Americana, and I regularly ask for the same thing, day in day out, now they see me walk in, and only have to ask the size, medium or large.
