Stay safe, Isotope.
Just started my new job today. Feels good.
Well done, Peng'.
What is the new job, if you can tell us?
Same as the old job, I'm still a reporter in the same small town, only I jumped to the other paper as the one I was at has a very uncertain future due to extremely rough circumstances.
Okay-doke. For some reason, I thought you were one of our legal professionals.
But now I recall you saying something about hating an Irish festival week, recently.
Well, usually St. Patrick's Day would be one day. I had to cover four days' worth of St. Patrick's Day stuff when I started in March
RIP the Expanded Universe:
Well, I figured that was coming, but still.
Here's looking at EU, kid.
Hello, long time since I was here. I'm glad to see this place is still running.
Now split the cradle may yet be, still the heart shall beat in me and sit upon my left. Gone in name, never place, adieu EU, Adieu
If it means I get to say goodbye to Jabba the Hutt's son and clone Emperors, then I see it as a worthy sacrifice.
Nope, Jabba the Hutt's son stays as well as the Clone Wars episodes
Yup. That states it perfectly Heavy.
But at least it wipes out LOTF and FOTJ...
*points up to HS* That.
To every dark cloud a silver lining. Not to mention it also wipes out the Force Unleashed
Hey now, there's only one acceptable way to pay tribute to the EU:
To the EU!
To the EU!
I toast to thee which I've never read, with a Belizean Coca-Cola.
"Virgin Cuba Libre," as some call it.
The Clone Wars animated series is still considered canon though which includes the resurrected Darth Maul, peace-loving Mandalore, etc.
Ugh...don't even get me started on that. I'm currently working my way through TCW on Netflix and while it's been fairly decent so far, there are certain things I cannot forgive them for. Bringing Darth Maul back to life is one of them.
