Provo Hot Air Balloon!

    I got to go RIDE IN A HOT AIR BALLOON!!!

    Well it was tethered, so we only went up like 100 feet or so, but it was soo cool!!! The sky is just full of them over in Provo during the 4th of July. So this guy set his up in Kiwanis Park and was giving people free rides. It was so just magical, totally dude.

    Greetings Renegade4E,

    That does sound like a lot of fun. Provo does have the Balloon Fest every year, but I've never taken the opportunity to go for a ride.

    Did you get any pictures by chance? Particularly of the view from inside the balloon?

    No I didn't, but I looked up and saw how the rope releases the air to make the balloon drop. I was just walking to campus and found it by accident- it was a big surprise! So, no camera with me.
