Question How did I exclude a thread I created?

Just ask a moderator to lock the thread and create the new on in the place it belong to or to ask for a thread move. In case, you are not sure, it's best to ask a mod where it fits or if a similar thread exists already. Helps a lot to avoid locked threads.

Btw, you don't need to quote, if the post at the same page as your next post. Tagging (add an @ in front of the name) is enough and keeps a thread readable, especially on small screens. FAZB
