Maybe I missed something. When Padme fell out of the ship when they were chasing Dooku, How did she know where Obi and Ani had chased Dooku? Maybe those who read the novel would know. I miss thing sometimes to.

I must have missed it too because it was like she was unconcious and then all of a sudden she woke up and knew where they were. Maybe Anakin told her with the force you know, maybe he made her feel where they were?

    How about this...

Padme fell out of the Republic Gunship with one of the Clone Troopers. This same trooper is the one who came up to her to ask if she was OK.

To find Obi-Wan and Anakin, the Clone Trooper could have radioed to Central Command to get another Gunship to pick them up AND the co-ordinates of the last known position of the Gunship he was assigned to; The one that was blown up in front of Dooku's cave.

    Thoughts? ?[face_plain]

But the Clone Trooper wasn't the one who told her. She said it first. there is no way he could have been the one to tell her cause he said, "lets get you back to the cammand center" and then she said, "No, we have to go to that forward hanger and help!" not an exact quote, but that is the basic line.

ummm, maybe she's force sensitive and could tell that Anakin was in trouble. Yeah, yeah, that's the ticket!

Well, this isn't as hard as you might believe it is...

Dooku's obviously attempting to escape somewhere. Knowing that he's riding in an open cockpit speeder, he's probably not going to be doing any interstellar space flight in that thing.

So, knowing that he wants to leave and that he needs to find a new vehicle, a hangar is the perfect place to go. Padme just assumed correctly.

that and we were nearing a climax and taking the time to slow down and figure all that out would be murder on the script..

I like Allen's point. The best way to kill any movie is to over explain/analyze it.

She guessed at where Dooku was going. In any case she really didn't get there in time to help anyone.

I'm not being negative. I'm just saying that if I had my arm cut off the comforting that's really going to help me are some pain pils or a dip in the bacta tank.

No. I do not think anyone will "get" Natalie Portman. Hopefully this assurance will prevent you from doing anything stupid and getting your arm cut off.
