There is no such thing as evolution being based on science. It is the exact opposite. the "Big Bang theory" states that before there was anything all this dust from out of nowhere came togehter in a tight spinnig ball, blew up and made the universe at pure stroke of luck. How can you get something out of nothing? The answer is you can't. It's impossible. After many years of research, even Stephen Hawking said that this world is to perfectly designed to have just been "poofed" into exsistence. He's one of the world's top physicists. Evolution also lessnes the importance of human life. If only the strong survive, then it's perfectly O.K. for jocks to bully geeks. After all, according to Darwin, they won't survive anyway.

    I guess I'd be a creationist.

I don't believe in the Big Bang Theory because something cannot come from nothing. But I believe that an incredibly strong power (belonging to God) did spark the beginning of the universe, and that it wasn't accidental.

But I do not believe that God created the universe in six literal days, like some creationists. There's more definitions to the word "day" than the standard twenty-four hours, like when elderly folks talk about what it was like "back in their day." I think that each "day" represented thousands or millions of years, which is supported by science.

I believe in adaptation but not mutation in the sense that species change physically (like there are different races in humans) and yet they are still part of that species. Just because one man is black and the other white doesn't mean they are any less human; just because one finch has a narrow beak and the other a wide one doesn't mean they are any less of a finch.

And as for my opinion about the genetic link between different species, we are all made from the same basic elements so of course there's correlation between genetic material.

Wouldn't calling evolution impossible fall under the category of imposing limits on God's power?
