How did you find the JC?

So, how did you find the JC and have your life changed forever?

 

I honestly cannot remember. It was too long ago.

 

Through TFN.

I came around TFN around 99, just looking for TPM's Box Office.

Then around 00 came back find info on Dooku, Jango, Zam and the new planets in AOTC

Then kind of stayed away for a while

Then in Oct 03, I start reading the Darth Friday updates and saw there was the JC.

I decided okay, just keep reading spoilers. Then I came across the JW-Titus novel in June/July 04 and in August 04 decided I needed to respond to the thread and I've been here ever since.



How has it changed my life in the past year?

Well I'm online a lot more. I'm more analytical and I enjoy exhibiting responsiblity in responsible ways a lot more.

 

I forget. Most likely through a link in a TFN news article or the TFN main page.

 

I found the JC because i wanted to find the best star wars message board out there and register and meet fellow fans. And so i typed "star wars message board" into google.... looked at a few, and settled on the JC.

 

I was searching the web for TPM actors and actresses. I followed a link for Keira Knightley, found the RHS, and found the JCC. And the rest if history.

 

I found it for the first time on general searches on Yahoo and Google that led to the boards. Later, I read someone's post (elsewhere) bellyaching about drama on one of the forums, and I got very curious and read through more of it, and decided to join. Mainly for the fanfic and RPs, but I hang out in other forums too.

 

There was a link for TheForce.net on Greg`s Previews and I followed it and lurked until I registered

That would be it, though to be more specific it was my brother. I first heard about the FanForce around the time of EpII but didn't venture on here myself. Only recently he told me about the RPF, and, well, as Yane said, the rest is history.

I found it by searching the web. I was looking for Star Wars information and I came across the JC. And the rest is self-explanatory....

 

I found it when I was searching Yahoo for websites on Kyp Durron in 2003, then forgot about this place until this year.

 

I found mine while I was on the Starwars.com message board, someone suggested I check it out, I did and I never went back to the starwars.com boards.

I was searching for fanfiction the web. I found this place, lurked for a while and then registered.

I found the JC when my brother was viewing it and I was like "WTH is this?"

 

Through tf.n, as I recall. I was doing a google search for fan fiction, found the Archive, and from there found my way to the FanFic boards.

 

I found the JC Forums through theforce.net
