how do i make that blue transmission

in every movie they have some sean were they show a a transsmission or a message
like when obi was trying to get a hold of corasont he showed up as a small blue 3d image and i seen it in fan films as well if anyone knows how to do this please give me some help i searched for how to do it online and cant find it anywere

Are you looking for how to do the hologram effect, like Leia (In ANH)? Y'know, "Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!" If so, there are tutorials out there. As a matter of fact, here's one. It took me less than one minute to find--just look on Google!
