    "innapropriate. 24 hour spank for you."

    Some people just have no sense of humor.

    To cook beef any more than medium rare ruins the meat.

    exactly.

    As long as it isn't still moving, twitching, bleeding, or blinking I will eat it. Raw sausage cracker spread is gross and the thought of fresh sushi makes me a little queasy (they slice the fish while it is still alive, get the picture). I prefer my meat cooked or at least pasturized, sterilized or neutrilized. :D

    Well done...if it's bleeding, it's not dead yet. And to those that think well done steak is overdone or chewy, you haven't had it done right...

    you haven't had it done right...

    The fact is if you order well done steak in a resteraunt they'll serve you the more poor cuts they have. They know you won't be able to taste the difference when it's well done.

    Steak, chops, loins...I like them all...internal organs though...let someone else eat them. Disgusting.

    for me the best way to eat a steakis to pass it through a warm room, i want it still mooing,
    seriuosly i like it blue which is charred on the outside and still a little cool in the middle bassically the inside is raw,
    any more than that ruins the meat unless its crapppy to begin with
    a good cut should never be cooked more than rare and that is even too well done for my sake.

    Raw, baby... right off the cow. ;)

    J/K. Normally, I'd say rare, but the last three times I ordered rare steak, it was browned a bit in the middle but otherwise raw. So, I'll have to go with medium rare.

    Preferblly cooked you know....
    8-}
    That's funny to see people say "raw" because it reminds me of Edward Jenner when he solved "smallpox" by putting "cowpox" on humans to create a "vaccination" which is a latin word "vaca" meaning cow so he created the "vaccination" back in 18th Century by doing this but people opposed him because some thought they would turn into cows and there is this harlious drawing of it, very funny but i's all true, see you just learned a completly fasinating piece of history via moi! which also happens to be sorta useless tune in next week for more....
    [face_plain]
    Made to be worded funny but you get the idea I mean he didn't actually stick cowpox on them merely inserted them into small cuts his first child was on an 8 year old boy, James phillps are something of the sort, but people oppesed him of corse for more important reason but I thought the cow one was funny!!!!
