JCC How do you like your steak?

Buy better steak. I mean this isn't chicken.

Also T-bone medium rare for every day but it's hard to beat a properly cooked eye fillet. I suck at cooking steaks so I don't buy such expensive cuts for home.

 

If it doesn't have E. coli or salmonella I send it back.

I like sirloin medium rare. I don't understand people who like steaks well done.

 

Medium rare...don't really have a favorite cut.

 

Personally, I'm not too keen on bloody, barely cooked pieces of meat, so I usually have my steaks well done. But I can certainly appreciate a medium, juicy filet mignon.

 

One thing I've learned in America is never to ask for anything "well done" because they either don't understand what that means or they'll apparently get pissed off that you even asked and just not do it.

 

Ground up, grilled, and served on a bun.

 

Why would you even care.

 

I like my ribeyes and filet well done for some odd reason. everything else medium rare.

 

USDA Prime 1.5 inch thick center ribeye cooked medium rare with kosher sea salt.
