I usually like empty to moderately filled theaters.
In an empty one
Crowded for horror films. Relatively empty for others though I like watching the reactions of others.
I much prefer watching movies alone. When you're in a crowd, there's a subtle sense of peer pressure that insinuates itself into your consciousness and clouds one's judgment. I like the more intimate, one-on-one aspect of experiencing movies.
Darth_Pazuzu you are so right!!
Of course Empty. It's much more better. Plus the good thing about it is that people won't be talking during the movie. Thus you can hear it better. Peope won't also make some useless comments. Lol
Empty theaters are so much better. No talking, no annoying kids, empty seats, no people blocking your view, and all the more enjoyable for the viewer.
I totally agree. Plus if people next to you had their cell phone on. It's a nuisance.
Empty, but only because I hate tall people sitting in front of me.
empty room obvious
Depends on the movie. For something like SW or HP I prefer a crowded theatre, because I enjoy the excited atmosphere. When it's a movie that doesn't have as much hype behind it, or one I haven't been waiting months to see, then I prefer less people in the cinema.
i like watching my favorite movies (SW) alone.
I loved the crowd feeling at the ep 3 opening night...but I voted for empty..it's more fun if I'm with friends I can laugh as loud as I want and no one is kicking the back of my seat.
only me in theater!!!
Depends on the film, but mostly empty for all of them.
In an empty theater!
Crowded one. I just like watching and hearing the audience's reaction to stuff also. It's find of fun actually.
empty prefered for me.
Hey you forgot to put naked on the couch!!!!
Oh well out of those two I had to go with empty, no lil brats talking and screaming through the movie.
Totally agree, the atmosphere on an opening night is the best way to watch a movie. However, I watch more movies not on the opening night, so my vote will go to empty.
Definitely in an empty theatre. You can pay attention to the movie a whole lot more.
Empty theatres are fun.
Empty theaters = better seats.
