I did not go to business school. You know who else didn't go to business school? LeBron James, Tracy McGrady, Kobe Bryant. They went right from high school to the NBA so... ... So, it's not the same thing at all.

Master's in Business and now going back for Health Sciences (RN program).

I majored in mechanical engineering, but the math was too much for me and I didn't finish. I also went to seminary for a year before I realized that wasn't for me. I had lots of military training that counts toward educational credits too. So I'm pretty well educated for a man without a degree.

But I did study hard for my airplane mechanic's license and pilot's license, and I completed both of those.

 

Damn those results make me feel stupid.

(For anyone who is genuinely curious: Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, though it's yet to get me anything more than a HS diploma would.)

I put myself down for a Master's Degree because I have a BA in History and then I went to Law School, which gives you a JD (Juris Doctor), which I interpret as a Master's Degree.

 

How would it be preferred to count an AA in a trade field?

 

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design

Learned the basics in College. But real education comes in the form of reality out in the work field and from personal exploration.

I personally don't get the whole doubling, or even tripling down on advanced degrees. Maybe it's just because the design industry relies far more on real world experience than some other industries.
