how in gods name do the separtists get the enitre clone army and change their uniforms?

    The Separtists don't get the entire army, the clones belong the Republic which inturn becomes the Empire. And the uniforms change for ANH. That's 20 years to change an armies attire. I think that's what you meant.

    I believe that The_Anakin_Wannabe's explaination should be clear enough. There are many years between the events of the prequel trilogy and the original films. :)
