I think that because he is "more machine than man" (BK), he doesn't need ot use the bathroom or puke. DV probably never eats to pass waste or puke.

I believe Vader is on dialysis but if he did have poop then Captain Needa would be the one to clean out his trey.

Perhaps when he force chokes his victims, he just transports his waste into their throats via the force. lol
