How is the EU Community going?

I remember when Darth Ludicrous and I set this up... it has been a long time now since this forum originated.

Is everyone getting enjoyment out of it... is it a success?!?

I like it but that manager fellow DarthAttorney is weird sometimes.

How do you know what the IP check is?!

 

There is no "IP Check". That's just a story the mods tell to scare socks and other weird patrons. Remember back in the original Outlander Club? Sturm couldn't figure out who Akrakhor was.

Now, if there were such a thing as "IP Checks", he should have been able to figure it out almost instantly.

And, yes, DA is weird in the respect that he does move "back and forward" (paraphrase of what someone else previously mentioned). One minute he'll be joking with you over PMs, but the next minute his PM will contain nothing even close to jocularity.

Furthermore, there is no apparent consistency with how he executes his policies. In addition, there appears to be no consistency with how the mods here as a whole execute their policies--as it seems as though each one of them have their own policies and try to run the EUC not together, but according to their own designs.

There should be better consistency with mod behavior, mod actions, and better organization amongst themselves. It's not proper for one mod to allow one thing to happen when another mod will ban for that same thing happening.

One contradicts the other and the management of this place is a joke to more than just myself.

 

I have a suggestion - there are so many fan clubs, could a "sticky" be created with links? I know there's already a place with links.....but there are actually *2* Corran Horn fan clubs floating around and its really hard to keep track of all of them. Maybe a stick on the front page of this forum would be nice.

What "Other Mods"? ? Gandolf and Strum's names are at the top of the page, but I rarely see either of them here.

And just because DA banned you for spam, that doesn't mean he's a bad mod, no offense intended Valyn
