How long will the EU continue after Episode III?

    How long do you think they will keepin it going? Personally, I hope that George Lucas does Episodes VII, VIII, and IX. I know he's said that hew on't, but maybe by popular demand he'll change his mind.

    He was, but he got scrapped for some reason. Then Anakin found all the parts in a junk pile and put him together. Check Star Wars Tales #???

    I know it's Infinities, but I really liked that story. Great emotions on Vader's part.

    The EU will keep going as long as there is a group of people willing to buy the stuff i.e., us. :)

    I totally agree. As long as they can keep introducing new and interesting characters, i.e. Ben Skywalker. There really is no limit to how far into the future they can go. It's really up to us. I also think that after Ep.3 there will be some great oppertunities to write EU stories around the six movies, kinda fill in any remaining blanks.

    I love books that fit in between other major events ...

    Like the Tales from..books and Rogue Planet leading up to EP 2 and SotE between ESB and RotJ

    It helps answer many questions that we keep getting :)

    well questions that I get anyway :p
