you know I can understand the poor and being unable to afford things...living by oneself's puts ya on a tight budget...

I so wish to put more into costuming for star wars events...but alas I do not have the cash do to so.

Actully afording good costumes and equpment is not as expensive as you may think

    here are some Ideas

Depending on what you want to be is up to you

now seeing as I don't know what you look like I have no frame of reference.

If you want to be a Jedi affording is easy

for costume go to Wal-Mart........Ew I can't belive I just said that.

they have patterns for a Space Warrior but it is a Jedi Robe.....and they do have patterns for cloaks etc.

pattens are cheap and they usually have fabric you need at a dollar a foot

    Boot: www.kaboots.com
$90 boots are cheaper than $200 boots and they are the same

    Lightsaber: www.parksabers.com or www.mastereplicas.com

Master Replicas have awsome sabers but most of time they run out of stock and they don't reissue props
but they are cheaper I just bought Luke's EP V saber for 115.00

Parksaber is more exspensive but you can make your own

and in the end a true test of a Jedi is to make your own

    which I did for $265

    BUT IT WAS WORTH IT

    Any other questions just ask

I actually already have a jedi costume, though I need to get the all important lightsaber for that costume as of yet....and I could use a new belt...

The main costume I'd love to make is a stormtrooper costume though, I'd like to customize it for a female form...Ive seen "Fem Troopers" and yeah I want to dress up just like that!

well for belts I would go with park sabers then sell jedi belts and there only about 80 or 90 dollars

as for stormtrooper gear talk to UluUlix he has gear and knows where to get it or ask Steve " HE KNOWS EVERYTHING"

and yes it would be good to see a female trooper

    any other Questions?

The costume was made to fit me. I am 5'8" about 170 pounds.

It was made to look like Obi-Wans Episode 1 Jedi robes.

I dont have a cloak or boots.
