How much do u luv it?

How much have you spent on all of your Star Wars books/movies/comics/action figures/etc.? I would say that I've probably spent somewhere in the area of $1000-1500.

 

At least twice that

 

I'll say I'm about $1500 aswell.

Although thats Australian. So Ebonn101 & Mastadge with what our dollar is worth over there you can virtually halve that in U.S dollars

 

i am too afraid to calculate how much money i have spent.

 

In the past 25 years... probably $3,500. Maybe more.

 

I think I've spent enough to basically send Lucas' kids through college about 2 times over.

I dont even want to THINK about how much money I have spent. Not as mch as you guys...but I bet im a lot younger than you guys are.

21. Been buying stuff since 14.

 

Old enough. I've spent about $1000 in the past six years or so...

And, if you coun't the internet bills caused my hanging here....

i don't think about how much i've spent. i want to enjoy it!

 

I'm 19 and have been collecting since before I was 10.

As to how much, well in excess of $5000. I lost count of the actual figure a long time ago.

 

I'm probably more in the "Exar - Sturm" realm. That is, I'd hate to know how many times over I could've sent Lucas' kids to school. From about 1977 to 1987 I was at the mercy of my parents and holidays for the "big stuff." But, since then, I've been the one tossing the money into the SW fire.

 

Since '77 I've spent enough to by a decent mid-sized car new.

 

The action figures are where the REAL money goes. The people who collect them dish out more than the rest of us generally.

 

Well over 5000 dollars. Between action figures, books, comics, games, and other assorted goodies, I've put quite a pretty penny into George's pocket.

 

Oh God I couldnt even begin to calculate how much Ive spent on SW related items, which include, books, comics, toys, and other assorted nonsense.

 

I actually had to stop buying some stuff. I don't even have room at my current house to display a quarter of everything I have...it's in storage until I move this spring.

I used to buy every Star Wars thing I could afford. Posters, figurines, stickers, notebooks...action figures and toys. I had to stop buying the figures in 1998 because it was sucking up too much money. So, my action figure collection is complete up until then. ( All in the packages. Looks cool when I pin them across the wall. )

So now I mostly just concentrate on the things that are primarily EU...the books, comics, RPG guides etc. I would like to have more games ( all I pretty much have is Dark Forces, Rebel Assault I and II and the CD versions of X-wing and TIE Fighter ) but my computer is too lame to play anything made past 1996.

 

I'm in the same boat Sturm...late 99 I had to cut down on figures, mugs, etc... Now I just collect all of the reading material... I know that with what I've spent since 83, I could probably have paid my Student loans with 2x over.
