Speculation how much money would you pay to see episode VII in advance?

That's not the price for a 3D movie right now?

    Depends on what is "early"?

If its a week or two, not too much - maybe $50.

    If its a month early - maybe $100 - $200.

None. Waiting in line with other Star Wars fans is part of the enjoyment

You mean like one of those charity screenings? With Mark, and Carrie, and even Harrison in attendance?

    Ummm...

My soul is worth a pack of these:

Since I have Non-rev (aka taxes only INL or free US) travel privileges - just give me a date.

    Nothing.

For a very simple reason that time flies rather quickly.
I remember when I first saw the announcement for The Hobbit. "Huh...it's gonna take forever to get to the end of 2012..."
Before I knew it, I was sitting there in the theater and watching it.

Same thing will be with Ep7.

I wouldn't, I'd wait until the midnight release to be with a group of hardcore Star Wars fans.

I would pay a reasonable fare to see it alone and not having to listen to absurd "reviews" of what nerd-raging fanboys found to not line up with their vision of how a sequel should have gone.

    I'd sell my whole collection!

. . . which contains a few old video games and some 13-14 year old Legos.
Seeing a SW movie in a theater is something I've never done before. Neither is going to a midnight premier, and I'm looking forward to both. I wouldn't give that up, even to see the movie in advance.

I would pay 20 to see it a week early. And up to 35 to see it a month early. Any sooner and it would feel like I'm cheating more than necessary.
