A few times yearly. I randomly get into these kicks where I exercise for like two weeks straight and then I don't do it again for like six months.
3-4 times a week.
1-2 days a week.
During the school semester I do a lot of daily walking around campus (between classes, going up stairs, etc.), but usually during breaks I become lethargic.
I almost never exercise, so a few times a year.
If this had been asked anywhere from age 5 to four months ago, my answer would've been everyday.
Now? Not so much. I'm loving my lack of exercise obligations.
5 days/week. I walk home from work every afternoon - rain, hail, or shine.
Ok, maybe not hail
3-4 days a week plus I do a lot of activities on the weekends.
6 times a week. I try to do something everyday, but there is more often than not, that one day a week when I don't have the time.
Usually 3-4 days a week. Yay for having a job about a half hour's walk away!

3-4 times a week. Martial arts takes up 2 days a week, then I try to fit in 1 or 2 extra workouts every week.
My intentions are to work out every day of the week, but that almost never happens. Sometimes a guy just has to be lazy and sit around doing nothing.
What is this exercise you speak of?
1-2 times a week. Unless you count snow pile jumping in/through/over.
A few times a year.
Every day, more so on my days off.
5 days a week. Ugh.
Three to four times a week. --To smooth jazz.
Just 1-2 days a week.
Tae Kwon Do 2 days a week, then 1-2 other random workouts if I can fit them into my schedule and get off my lazy butt to do it.
I play football twice a week.
