I thought that tall people were being over-represented here, but then i remembered that people exaggerate their height even when they are standing in front you. lol Mystery solved.
I've met people who were an inch or so taller than me who claimed they were 3 and even 4 inches taller. It's a personality type that likes to exaggerate (and at the same underestimates the intelligence of others), which is not determined by height. Yes, I responded seriously to a joke.
Ironically I have dysphagia caused by achalasia. I have trouble swallowing. I'm not very popular as you can imagine.
Oh, man... to Tom listen you must. I'm taller than most of the people I work with, and since photo-ops and group photos are part of the routine, I have to force a smaller perspective all the time. I always move to the back of the group, pull my heels out to flatten my arches, bend from the knees, push my midsection out, etc. etc. I can't just scruntch my neck down; it makes everyone in front of me actually look like dwarves . The last thing I want to do is look taller.
