Padu, KY HOW TALL WAS DARTH VADER - IN COSTUME???!!!

OK, the board is dead so let's do a new poll.

How tall do you think Dave Prowse was ( in his prime..ie..ESB ) - in the full Vader costume?

( This is with boots on - and - measured to the top of the helmet. )

 

Is this a trick question. Do you know the answer? I know how tall Prowse was so I'm going to guess for adding the helmet.

 

commenting on this is to easy a way for me to get edited, but those of you who really know me giggle to yourselves at the fun I would have with this statement!

 

I don't know how tall he was really, but i am going to vote for anything other than tkytrooper bc he bashed serenity!

 

OK, here's a hint.

In his prime, Dave Prowse was supposed to be 6'7" tall.

He has since had both hips replaced, a knee replaced and ankle problems & is now around 6'5".

( So - are we talking 6'7" in boots, shoes or bare feet??? )

I can tell you that the Helmet will only add approx 3 to 4 inches.

 

Let's see, How tall is Hayden?

About 6' ?????
