Tahiri gasped. ?But it?s too early! I?m only seven months along!?

?Babies can come this early,? Anakin replied grimly. At Tahiri?s confused look, he blushed. ?I?ve been reading parenting books.?

He stood up and grabbed her arms. ?Hurry. We need to get to Cilghal in the medbay.? Tahiri walked as fast as she could, but the contractions had started?and they hurt.

?C?mon, sweetie, just a little further,? Anakin urged. Tahiri glared at him but did as she was told.

Cilghal was surprised when the two teenagers burst into the medbay. ?Tahiri?s in labor!? Anakin said.

The Jedi healer could see that both of them were freaked out. ?It?s a little early, but perfectly normal,? she said, leading Tahiri into a room. She settled the girl on a bed and told Anakin to hold her hand. ?I have to go get my equipment, but I?ll be right back.?

Jacen heard noise, and looked up from the datapad he was reading. He went to investigate, and found his little brother in the room next to his.

?What the??

?Tahiri?s going into labor,? Anakin said shortly.

Jacen?s eyes went wide with shock. ?I?ll go get Aunt Mara,? he said quickly.

?And Mom and Dad,? Anakin said.

Jacen slapped his forehead. ?They?re here??

?You didn?t know??

?No, no one ever tells me anything. I?ll be back in a few minutes.? He paused to give Tahiri a kiss on the cheek before running out of the room, almost knocking into Cilghal.

A few minutes later, Leia, Jaina, and Mara arrived. Jaina went around the other side of the bed and took Tahiri?s hand. Tahiri was obviously in pain. ?It?s okay,? Jaina soothed. ?It?s all going to be okay.?

?No it isn?t,? Tahiri replied almost matter-of-factly. ?I?m going to kill your brother. I hope you look good in black, Jaina Solo.? The brunette fought to keep from giggling.

?Where?s Jacen?? Mara asked, sitting down on the edge of the bed next to Jaina.

?With Han,? Leia replied, sitting in a chair by her son. ?They need to talk.?

Han, Luke and Jacen were sitting anxiously in the waiting room. To take his mind off of it, Han met Jacen?s eyes. ?We haven?t seen you in a while, kiddo,? he began. ?Your uncle Luke told us what happened.?

Luke stood up. ?You two need to talk by yourselves. I?ll go tell Corran that Mara and I aren?t going to make it to that meeting today.? He left quickly.

Jacen met his father?s eyes. ?I?m not proud of what I?ve done. I don?t expect you to be very happy with me.?

?Oh, believe me, I?m not.?

Jacen nodded. ?I don?t expect you to forgive me, either. But . . .? He sat up straighter. ?I?m not asking for your forgiveness. It was Amelia?s and Anakin?s and Kyp?s I needed, and Uncle Luke?s. I?ve talked to them all, and I?m going to stay away from the booze. It was killing me.?

Han smiled. ?I?m proud of you for owning up to what you?ve done. Very proud. You?ll make a good Jedi some day, son.?

Jacen smiled, and Han knew that everything was going to be okay for his older son.

Hey, you finally get the one person who has a right to berate Jacen and he does nothing. Damnit, he should be ashamed that Jacen can hold his likker. On another note, get him Tahiri, its all Anakin's fualt.
