    On the internet :D

Seriously, did you have anything specific in mind? Google is your friend. There are a lot of costume and prop builder sites and forums around, even here on these boards. There are even a number of experienced costumers here in SA who are more than happy to share the knowledge.

Go searching, ask questions, have fun :)

Depends on what you want and what you are looking for.....you have to be a little more specific....we all have 'strengths' in the costume and prop department. ;)

    True AD

It really depends on what u want to make!! I have made a few props for myself based on pics from the books like my sandtrooper backpack, macro binoculars and BFG, AD is great at sewing :)

Maybe we should have a Prop Party!!! a few of the guys from my garrison in Sydney have done so..basically u bring stuff that u need help with or ideas and u help each other out.

Don't know about the Jedi Costume. I'm trying to get ahold of some fabric myself, and as for lightsaber props. I just buy the nice glow-swords you can pick up at K-mart for nine dollars. (Okay, I'm cheap but if I'm going to have fights with my little brother, I'd rather be cheap then fork out thirteen dollars for a non-glowing sword.)

Ah, in that case I'd try something light-weight and not made out of material that your sister can step on and break when she's angry at you. (I had one I made from stiro-foam and another from clay. She broke them both.) :(

No problem. I'm full of useless information, and costume patterns. But no Jedi ones yet, :_|

I suggest your visit the costuming board on this very site. Full of useful information.
Cool sabers- try here. Sabers you can make from bits from Bunnings.

I like the sound of that. I'm done with my Leia costumes for a while, I might start on a Jedi one for me or my boyfriend.
