for the author of this thread:

Go to the NZ board and read the threads there about NZ by and Auzzie and also the one by an Auzzie column writer in a paper. I'm amazed that Australia gets vertical rain - i mean, damn! that's unheard of!

oh, wait - ill link to them so its eaiser for you.

Kiwi Bashing (Yes, a LOTR topic)

    Aussie storm quote.

and I'll even copy/paste the relative information for those lazy people who cant be bothered clicking a link.

"It was just horrendous, it was like cyclonic type winds, the rain was vertical,"

It takes a special kind of country to get vertical rain. I'm glad we get "frish fush and chups".

    bah

    rather fush than feesh

oh, on the subject of saying "eh", i admit to that, but i notice some aussies ad "but" to the end of their sentences, just as annoying IMO

"But" is used everywhere though I reckon.

It's nowhere near as bad as people saying "me" too much.

"Me mum and dad" Stuff like that is just pathetic English.
