If it's the information pertaining to Cate Blanchett ( ) you're talking about, then it doesn't strike me as particularly surprising. I also don't expect that much of the movie to have elapsed before we discover it. If it's something else, then I didn't spot it.

 

Ok THIS is my most anticipated film of the summer. **** you Christopher Nolan and your pretentious teasers.

 

I'm calling there will be a twist to the said twist.

 

Or the story takes Hiccup to a place where it's important we are already privy to that information.

 

Maybe his mom is actually his dad, and his dad is actually his mom and his dragon is actually his grandpa and his girlfriend is actually his uncle?

 

I was pleasantly surprised by How to Train Your Dragon, and I should probably get into Dragons: Riders of Berk at some point.

 

I loved the first movie, and oh my goodness, that trailer looks AMAZING.

 

My interest has skyrocketed since Cate is in it.

 

Here, take my money now.

 

Someone made an edited version of the trailer that doesn't contain the stuff that the studio considered to be a spoiler, so I watched this instead of the official one. Not sure how long I'll be able to avoid it, since I'm sure it'll be in theaters and stuff. So excited!! These movies are so well animated & the 3D is always worth it, which I almost never feel.

 

Can't believe they've actually got a full site dedicated to kids full of games, puzzles and trivia on the characters of the How To Train Your Dragon 2 movie... Is it such a big name?

 

I got to see an advanced screening of this today.

Oh. My. Freaking. God!!!!

It was great. They push all of the characters forward to different degrees, and Toothless steals the show once again.

 

I was hoping his mom would do something more epic. She does cool things, and she and Stoick have wonderful scenes.

I was not that blown away by the climax, but there is nothing particularly wrong with it.

Despite those items it's a damned fun movie.

It contributes to one's imagination with such things like the flying freedom of mapping the world. I loved that.

 

I thought it was pretty good. I tend to never expect too much from Dreamworks as far as animated features are concerned, but this was genuinely enjoyable.

I certainly hope this franchise doesn't follow in Madagascar's footsteps by becoming progressively annoying and insipid. I refuse to take my kids to see those movies.

 

I don't need another cute but vicious dragon ridden by a kid. I'd like the 3rd installment to go ahead and grow them up.

 

Just came back from a preview screening. That was flippin' amazing! Fantastic film, hits all the right notes. Can't find anything wrong with it.
