How would I go about setting up a new chapter?

    I am a little stressed about not having a chapter for the Texas Panhandle, and I was wondering how I would go about starting a chapter. Is it a complicated process? Can you give some pointers?

    P.S. sorry to waste your time with this post, but I am new and would like to get more involved with the whole genre of Star Wars.
