I can say I am looking at coming over on the week of 21 October (need to apply for holiday from work which I shall do tomorrow)

October 21st... I think that's the week when my new semester starts. Ah well, I'll try and find a way to attend that meeting.

Yes, it would be better for me joining you, because my birthday is at 22. October... But I don't know, if I have the time to come to Hamburg then, because I'm going to start studying around these weeks... So don't take care of me, since I don't know yet. If there's nothing against the week before, this would be fine anyways

 

I'm pretty flexable as both weeks are available at work

 

I got nothing to do in october (yet), so I don´t care when you come over
