    Liannb, on behalf of all the TTFers I accept your congratulations. The Oilers were a worthy apponent but the Hurricanes pulled themselves together and made it happen.

    Hey all! I'm from the Charlotte group and I'm new to NC. It totally rocks that the Canes got the Cup. I was really rooting from them and they pulled themselves together so well last night and kept their game going til the very end.

    w00t! for the Stanley Cup Champion Hurricanes!! [face_dancing]

    Did anybody make it to either of the parades? I watched the one at the RBC Center on WRAL. Looked like a blast!

    I wasn't able to make it to either of the parades but I'm sure they were awesome. I'm happy that I was able to make it to Game 7. That place was just insane. Something that I will definitely remember for a long time.
