Hydrospanner /Tech Specialist costume questions

    Hi all! I am attending Dragoncon for the first time this year and I am doing a Zabrak Tech specialist costume based on my RPG character. Anyway, I am having trouble with specs, size etc. on some of the tools. Does anyone have information on the approximate size of a hyrdospanner? I have a great reference pic, but no specifications of any kind. Also, if you were a Tech Specialist, what would be your favorite tools?

    Well for normal tools that look weird I'd take a trip up to lowes or home depot. Many producers of tools try to make their items looks space agey anymore so I'm sure you could find something cheap to help fill your belt up.

    If I remember right, the hydrospanner that Han had pulled out of his tool box was about the size of a large socket wrench....

    Thanks for the replies! I watched Empire Strikes Back tonight and it looks approximately the size of my forearm. Which being a very tall woman is approximately 8 1/1 inches. Now to go back to Home Depot.
